2025 Inspection Tour Information

The society has secured inspectors from Horse Sport Ireland for the 2025 inspection tour. They are Philip Scott and Andrew Gardiner. The location and dates for each site is listed below. If you are interested in having a horse inspected, please contact the registrar and/or your regional chair. All horses need to be registered to be inspected, and the registration needs to be complete, including DNA results by August 1. If your horse is not currently registered, you need to begin the registration process asap. Contact the registrar at IDHSNA@hotmail.com

Whether or not you have a horse to be inspected, consider attending one of these inspection sites:

9/23 - Wrights Brook Farm at Shallowbrook Equestrian Center, Somers CT

9/25 - Loch Moy,  Adamstown, MD

9/28 - tba, Lexington, KY

9/29 - tba, Chicago, IL

10/1 - Lone Tree Farm,  Waterford CA

Remember to have your horse fit and practiced at standing up for conformation assessment, going out nicely for in-hand walk and trot, as well as schooled for jump chute if applicable - come prepared!  Inspectors have shared that inspections are not for schooling.
